U20 CHAMPIONSHIP

We travelled to Turin last Tuesday evening to play Na Piarsiag in the last group game in the Championship. With a win and a loss in our other 2 group games a victory was needed here and from the throw in our lads made sure that the outcome was never in doubt.We dominated the 1st half and were always a good bit ahead and when Neale found the net just before the half time whistle it left us with a comfortable  1-12 to 5 point lead.With the aid of the breeze in the 2nd half we continued our momentum and with Neale completing his hat-trick and Adam Cassidy also finding the net along with some great points we ran out easy winners .We now qualify for the Semi final with opposition, dates and time to be confirmed next week.Team...Daire Fagan, James Connolly, David O Malley, Dylan Drake, Sean Clarke(0-1),Peter Murphy,Paddy Maloney, Killian Jackson, Eoin Carey, Adam Clarke,Sean Jackson(0-9),Dylan Corrigan(0-5),Adam Cassidy(1-4),Aaron Jackson,Neale Pierson(3-2).Sub used.Conor Maloney, Andrew Dalton, Rory Quinn, Eanna Maxwell, Mikey Divine,Oisin McCabe,Ricky Loran
